Rights of Members
7. The rights of a member as such will be personal to the member and will not be
transferable and will cease on the members death.
8. A member may resign from membership of the Register by giving notice in writing to the Secretary and membership of the Register will cease on receipt by the Register of such resignation but without the right to any unexpired portion of the membership subscription.,
9. The Council may! if they think fit. by notice in writing request any member who will have acted in a way which the Council considers to be detrimental to the interest or well being of the Register and whether or not that member has resigned from membership, the member will be treated as having resigned from the date of the notice. Provided that no such notice will be given except pursuant to a resolution by the Council passed at a meeting specially convened to consider the case and at which the member whose conduct is in question will have been given a proper opportunity of attending and being heard.
10. Membership does not confer the right to speak on behalf of the Register without the written consent of the Council.
